Chef Daniel Miller is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park. With his recent sale Local Harvest Restaurant and Danny's BBQ he can now fully expand on his newest venture Miller Smokehouse & Catering. This New venture will include a Food Truck and a mobile 14' Smoker. He also has plans that include a charcuterie operation and wholesale BBQ. Daniel will be updated his food blog via social media.
