Chef Daniel Miller is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. He was the chef and owner of Local Harvest Restaurant, and now Danny’s BBQ (recently sold) and his new venture Miller Smokehouse and Catering. This New venture will include a entire mobile Catering operation that includes a huge 14 foot smoker/cooker trailer and a mobile food truck.
